Josh Birch is a graduate student at the University of Maryland’s Philip Merrill College of Journalism. He is part of the CNS broadcast bureau covering state sports and state politics. He interned with NBC News in Washington, NBC Sports in Washington and WBOC News and WMDT News in Salisbury, Md.
