Helen Parshall

Helen Parshall is a reporter in the Capital News Service Washington Bureau. She is a master's student on the multiplatform path, and graduated from St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a B.A. in English and a concentration in Latin American studies in 2014. Helen also writes for the Washington Blade, an LGBTQ news organization.
