D.C. lawmakers postpone vote to extend juvenile curfew as violence continues

WASHINGTON –  D.C.  Council postponed a vote to extend a curfew for teenagers under 18.  The proposal would establish an 8 p.m. curfew instead of 11 p.m. on weekends.  This comes after fights, arrests and gunshots at teen gatherings in  areas like  Navy Yard and U Street.
